Summary

Description
English: This photograph, taken by the noteworthy U.S. photographer Fenno Jacobs, shows the control tower at British Commonwealth Air Training Plan No. 14 Service Flying Training School, Aylmer, Ontario, Canada, viewed from inside one of the hangars. The station's fire truck and the re-fuelling truck are clearly visible. The date of the photograph is problematic, but it was probably taken in the winter of 1941-1942 before Jacobs joined the U.S. military. The photo is provided through the courtesy of Mr. Shayne Clayton, a private collector.
