This image is fair use for the article Proteas, which discusses the 2004 Athens Paralympic Games mascots. This image of the Athena and Phevos has no free alternative and, as a logo, will never be available in a free format. The Proteas and Paralympic mascot articles primarily discuss a set of graphical images and how they look, so is best informed by including said graphical images. The picture is low resolution and does not deprive the copyright holder from making a profit.
