I do not know the current viability of the firm Pannónia Filmmstúdió or the identity of the current rights holders. A DVD of the film is currently in print in Hungary, distributed by a firm called International Publishing House. No images of the poster art are featured on the DVD art or in any of the DVD's special features. I believe there are no restrictions on the image's use within the United States.
