This dinosaur restoration is highly hypothetical, as very little fossil material of the animal is known. Use of this image might be controversial.
Reason: Confidently known from a single limb bone that has since disappeared

Summary
DescriptionPossible life appearance of Bruhathkayosaurus matleyi with inferences from other Titanosaurs.png
English: Bruhathkayosaurus matleyi was long considered a controversial genus of Titanosaurian Sauropods from the Late Cretaceous Maastrichtian age of Southern India, its remains come from the Kallamedu formation.
Due to environmental factors, the Kallamedu formation yields highly fragile specimens which are very vulnerable to breaking apart which is precisely what happened to the holotype described by Yadagiri and Ayyasami. Due to lack of materials to go by, the identity of Bruhathkayosaurus has been a matter of controversy, with a few people even suggesting that the holotype represented nothing but a tree trunk.
However, Pal & Ayyasami 2022 have presented a strong case in support of the remains included in the holotype belonging to a giant Titanosaur. But they were only able to validly assign a single limb bone to the animal, and photographs included in their paper clearly show it as a bone rather than a part of a tree. Due to this fragmentary nature of Bruhathkayosaurus, it is not possible at present to have an idea of the actual life appearance of this animal, nor do we know of its precise size.
Here I have created an illustration of but a possibility of what Bruhathkayosaurus matleyi may have looked like, this work is highly speculative and should not be treated as a concrete idea. I have taken some references from Pal & Ayyasami 2022 but for the most part inferences from other Titanosaurs were a necessity.
