  • By inheritance from the sitter's son, George Rochfort, 2nd Earl of Belvedere (1738-1814), to his widow, Jane Rochfort (d. 1836), who later married Abraham Boyd, and by descent to their son, George Augustus Rochfort-Boyd, Middleton Park, Co. Westmeath, and by descent in the family to a private owner.
