Description
English: Swabia had the highest concentration of states in the Holy Roman Empire. Most were very small. Here, part of the Linzgau region with the Free Imperial Cities of Überlingen, Buchorn, Lindau, Ravensburg and Pfullendorf, the Imperial Abbeys of Petershausen, Salmansweil (Salem), Lindau, Weissenau, Weingarten, Schussenried, the counties of Tettnang, Sigmaringen (Hohenzolern) and Konigseck, the Prince-Bishopric of Constance, and enclaves belonging to Furstenberg ("F"), Austria ("A), Petershausen ("5"), Salem ("4").
