English: Arms of Plumleigh of Dartmouth, Devon: (Argent?), a bend fusily gules. Several members of this family served as Mayor of Dartmouth (Vivian, Lt.Col. J.L., (Ed.) The Visitations of the County of Devon: Comprising the Heralds' Visitations of 1531, 1564 & 1620, Exeter, 1895, p.595). No tincture given for the field, would have to be either argent or or (see Rule of Tinctures, "no metal on metal, no colour on colour"), assumed therefore as argent.
