I believe use of this image falls under fair use because:
- It is only used for nonprofit educational purposes.
- The image's inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article, as it is used to illustrate a band member at the time period covered by the article.
- It is a historically significant image of a major influential American musician.
- The image is of significantly lower resolution so as not to allow any high-quality copies.
- The image is used for informational purposes only.
