English: Placospermum coriaceum - Rose Silky Oak Tree to 10m with leaves that are glossy green above & paler beneath. Pink slender flowers are produced in dense racemes in the upper axils. Highly ornamental species that is fairly common in the wild. Endemic to NE Qld.
