Purpose of use

This image is used to identify the industrial premises featured, in a section of an article that has as its primary topic the corporation that owned the premises. Furthermore the Lock Haven facility shown is specifically mentioned in the article, and it to support the commentary, a visual identification of the facility aids the reader, as well as provising a unique historical image of the facility during a period of operation. For these reasons use of the image is felt to constitute fair use.

The Lock Haven Facility closed in 1984, so a 'free' replacement image would be impossible to create.
