Description
English: The arm with the injured shoulder is hanging freely at the side. Patient is leaned forward with one hand on a flat surface for support. The patient gently swings the free arm back and forward. The exercise is to be repeated moving the arm side to side and in a circular motion. The Pendulum exercise stretches the Deltoids, Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, and Subscapularis
