| Description |
English: A light source (pulsed laser in this case) probes a wall at known locations. Some of the photons reflect off the wall, travel to the hidden object, and back to the photodetector. Recording the reflected photons a a function of time allows one to reconstruct the hidden albedo and surface normals. |
