2. It was not created by a wikipedia user nor was it created before 1923, and therefore could not be made into a free image
3. There is no detriment to the band/artist's right to exercise their copyright on their work by the image being on Wikipedia.
4. It appears only on an article dealing critically with the artistic contents of the above DVD.
