DescriptionNiankhkhnum & Khnumhotep embracing at false doors in their tomb. (reconstruction drawing, svg format).svg
English: Niankhkhnum and Khnumhotep embrace on column between their false doors, inner hall of their tomb. Khnumhotep's door is to the right, with an offering table scene sketched above the paired watchmen. Niankhkhnum's, to the left, was damaged in antiquity and not shown here. It was a mirror image of Khnumhotep's. Portions of the texts are included; blank areas around hieroglyphs were not readable from photos. Right side area on lintel and rightmost column in door frame bear texts but only layout is marked here. The men's titles and names appear above their heads, in two columns for each. Except for the name these are identical. Other titles found elsewhere in the tomb, which has been restored and opened to the public.
