Summary edit

The image I have chosen to upload is the cover of the second studio music album Next by a rock band called The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. The image came from a fan-based Alex Harvey website, here is the link. The copyright holder is the DWM. This image I have chosen to upload will be used in the Sensational Alex Harvey Band page, in the discography section. The image itself will be placed on the Next page in the right-hand information box that states information about the album, the image will be placed there, the whole purpose is to show anyone who uses that page what the particular album looks like, as there has been no picture of the album there in the past. The image shall be used in no other page but that one that I have stated.

Fair use for Next edit

Though the picture is subject to copyright I, EndlessWires 16:11, 17 July 2007 (UTC), feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• It is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
• It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
• Scanned copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD
• It is being used for informational purposes only, not for profit.
