Description
English: The "Neuter gender symbol" according to Unicode Miscellaneous Symbols (U+26B2 ). A circle with a single descending stroke. This is also the historical Venus symbol recorded in the medieval period (the addition of a vertical stroke to form a cross is modern). Used in botany for vegetative (asexual) reproduction.
