English: Nethalloor Devi Temple, one of the famous DURGA DEVI temple in Kerala.The Durga devi in the "bhava" of "mahishasuramardini".The main festival of this temple is "Thrikkarthika Maholsavam" in the month of 'Vrichikam'( Nov-Dec) & the other one is "Navarathri".At this time many of special poojas arranged here.Navachandikahomam. mahanjana saraswatha yajnam, thripurasundari thathwa sameeksha sathram, sakthithraya thathwa sameeksha sathram .. etc are few of them.In the main fesival time the "anpoli" is famous for all over the country.It contain huge number of "para" (vessel used for the measurement of paddy)filled with paddy and other grains, arranged in the raws are the main attraction.The tenple located near Karukachal,Kottayam district in Kerala State, 19 kms from Kottayam,
16 kms from Changanacherry, 8 kms from Mallappally & 20 kms from Ponkunnam. The temple opening timings: morning 5:30 to 10:30 & evening 5:30 to 7:30.
