050831-N-8154G-216 New Orleans (Aug. 31, 2005) – A U.S. Navy MH-60S Seahawk helicopter, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Two Eight (HSC-28), lands at a makeshift landing pad on the parking garage of the Super Dome in downtown New Orleans. HSC-28 is using the landing pad as a drop-off and pick-up point for medical evacuation flights. HSC-28, based out of Norfolk, Va., is embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5), currently participating in humanitarian assistance operations led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in conjunction with the Department of Defense .
