Description
English: Picture of the National Carpatho-Rusyn Cultural and Educational Center located at 911 Dickson Street in Munhall, Pennsylvania, on August 7, 2010. Built in 1903, architect Titus de Bobula, it was the first St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Cathedral, until a new cathedral was built in 1993 at 210 Greentree Road in Munhall. The 1903 cathedral pictured here was sold to the Carpatho-Rusyn Society, which is using it as a cultural and educational center, and it is on the List of Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmarks.
