Français : C'est une photo du navire de la Garde Côtière canadienne NGCC E.P. LE QUÉBÉCOIS sur le fleuve St-Laurent entre Québec et Lévis. Il s'agit d'un patrouilleur semi-hautier. À l'origine ce bateau servait de bateau école pour l'école des pêches en Gaspésie (E.P. pour École des Pêches). Suite à des problèmes de stabilité le bateau a été arrêté pendant une période de temps. Des travaux majeurs ont été effectués dessus pour corriger le problème de stabilité (Béton coulé dans les fonds ainsi que des rails de chemin de fer souder sous la coque). Après quoi la Direction de Sécurité des navires (Transport Canada) a approuvé les nouveaux plans de stabilité et le navire a ensuite été vendu à Pêches et Océans. Le navire est sous la responsabilité des la Garde Côtière canadienne depuis que Pêches et Océans ont fusionné avec la Garde Côtière.
