Description
English: The Museo de La Plata opened in 1888 in La Plata, Argentina, under the directorship of Francisco Moreno. Today it has more than 400,000 visitors a year to see its natural history and anthropology exhibits. This exhbit is part of the new shorthand method proposed by palaeontologist Florentino Ameghino in 1880.
