it is a low resolution copy of a CD cover; it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD in any way; no free alternative is available; its use is commensurate with usage throughout discographies and album listings across the world wide web; its low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on CD or LP.
