English: The Mitch is a cocktail created by Andrea Micci in 2012, during a vacation in Tuscany, where, with friends, during a cocktail, he thought to bring a small change to the classic "Spritz". A variation that reflects his love for vodka. Today, the mitch is almost in the bar menus of central Italy and is spreading throughout the rest of Europe, thanks to its fresh and very good taste.
The Mitch is composed of 1/3 vodka, 1/3 Aperol, 1/3 prosecco, ice and a slice of orange. |
