Other information	The photo is a publicity photo from the company National as seen in the left bottom of the photo, which no longer exists and whose copyright to the photo has expired. The photo was taken circa 1921-23, prior to Ballerino becoming Jr. Lightweight Champion as it is headed Contender not Jr. Lightweight Champion. The subject has been dead since 1965, and the promoter who distributed the picture, Frank Churchill has been dead longer.
