Deutsch: Dieses Mietshaus mit Reformstilfassade in geschlossener Bebauung und Ecklage wurde 1912 erbaut und ist Teil der städtebaulichen Einfassung des Trinitatisplatzes in Leipzig. Besonders auffällig ist sein großer, über zwei Etagen reichender Giebel und der mit sehr hohen Fenstern angelegte Eckladen.
English: This block of rented flats is situated on a street corner and was built in 1912 as part of the enclosing of the Trinitatisplatz in Leipzig. It has a conspicuous pediment ranging over two floors and a highly windowed corner shop.
