Décernée aux membres de la marine de guerre de Russie pour de grande contributions personelles dans le développement, la production, les essais et la mise en exploitation de navires, de sous-marins, d’avions de combat et autres équipements militaires destinés à la marine, pour les essais opérationels sur les navires ou sous-marins , pour le développement de nouveaux appareils, pour l'introduction de nouvelles solutions constructives destinées à améliorer les capacités de combat d’armes et de matériel militaire; pour le succès dans le développement d'armes et de nouveau matériel militaire.
Русский: Медаль Министерства обороны РФ "Адмирал Горшков". Учреждена приказом Министерства обороны РФ № 25 от 27.01.2003 г. Медалью Министерства обороны РФ "Адмирал Горшков" (далее именуется -медаль) награждается личный состав ВМФ за: большой личный вклад в разработку, производство, испытание и ввод в строй кораблей, подводных лодок, летательных аппаратов и другой военной техники, предназначенной для ВМФ, в установленные сроки и с высоким качеством; безаварийное проведение швартовых и ходовых испытаний кораблей, подводных лодок, освоение новых летательных аппаратов; внесение новых конструктивных решений, позволивших существенным оброзом улучшить боевые возможности оружия и военной техники; успешное освоение оружия и военной техники и их безаварийную эксплуатацию. |
