DescriptionLondon Transport and Green Line NBC Leyland National buses in Heathrow Airport Bus Station, London 9 March 1980.jpg
English: Heathrow Bus Station, 1980. The entrance to the bus station with terminal 1 and its associated arrivals/departures car parking in the background. The carparking and terminal have been spruced up since this was taken. The brickwall on the left and the grass behind it have been replaced with new bus stands to maintain and possibly increase capacity after the main area of the bus station was converted from drive through to drive in bays. LS4 of London Transport arrives on route 82, passing London Country SNC169 on the 701. The 82 ran between Hounslow and Hatton Cross. It was subsequently replaced by the 202 along part of its route. The current 82 runs from Victoria to North Finchley. The 701 is en-route to Windsor. LS4 and SNC169 are both Leyland Nationals.
