Persons listed on the back, including notations, are Tom Allen (died) William Warren, Price Stafford (died July 30, 1927), and Julius Tzschoppsie (died August 4).The veterans fought at Champion Mill on May 6, 1863 where Will Warren was wounded in his right arm, causing its amputation.
