It is used in the same manner as hundreds of other album cover images are currently used on Wikipedia. Image is front album cover, used as primary means of identifying the subject of the article. It has been reduced to approximately 25% of the original image surface area (the area of the original album cover from which it was scanned). It is not replaceable by a free image because it is the most relevant image to use in the discussion of this particular subject (the album).
