English: The original Kentucky and Indiana (K&I) Bridge (opened 1886) connecting New Albany, Indiana (left) and Louisville, Kentucky (right)

Concrete for the piers of the new bridge was mixed on shore and transported on push cars along a narrow gauge track laid on the upstream highway lane. Four piers of the new bridge can be seen here.
