Fair use for illustration of encyclopaedia article, corroborating the typical genre in which the artist worked. I own the painting. Present owners of copyright (if any) unknown.

I own this painting myself and am perfectly prepared to release its image. I don't know what the appropriate copyright tag to use is - so i am trying the ex-USSR one. If anyone knows different/better please advise. --Smerus 07:52, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
