Notes The identification of this lady as Elihu Yale's daughter Anne is unlikely, because she is wearing the kirtle of a peeress's coronation robes. Anne married Lord James Cavendish, son of the 2nd Duke of Devonshire. She would thus have been known as Lady James Cavendish (not Lady Anne); and since her husband was not a peer, she would not have been entitled to wear peeress's robes. More info at museum site
