The copy of the image is low-resolution and will not produce high-quality copies of the art for illegal duplication. The image is needed in the article about the album Centerfield because it specifically discusses the art and the use of baseball imagery; using the image adds significant value to the article and promotes understanding that would be impossible without using the image. It is needed in the article about The Old Man Down The Road because this is a track lifted from the album, and understanding of it would be severely impaired without the image.
