This from the Navy DDG-56 "Namesake" article. Per their site notice, "All information on this site is public domain and may be distributed or copied unless otherwise specified. Use of appropriate byline/photo/image credits is requested." Since none of the images in the Namesake piece have credits, I presume they are all U.S. Navy images.
