Though this image is subject to copyright I (Thief12 (talk) 01:36, 23 December 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
2. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album on another medium;
3. the image helps to demonstrate the description of Todo De Mí in its article.

This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the work or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question.
