Deutsch: erbaut 1882 vom Triester Architekten Giacomo Zammatio (1862-1927) als Palast Adria der gleichnamigen ehemalig österreich-ungarischen Schifffahrgesellschaft Adria in Fiume, heute Hauptverwaltung der kroatischen Fährgesellschaft Jadrolinija im heutigen Rijeka (Kroatien). Besonders Merkmal sind die vier großen Skulpturen mit maritimen Bezügen und die Dachskulptur des Atlas.
