Nie znam szczegółów dotyczących licncji i nie mam warunków na ich dokładną anaizę, ani tez nie widzę takiej potrzeby w odniesieniu do tego zdjęcia.

Wyjaśniam, że fotografia "Józef Kępiński" została wykonana ok. 1932 r w Polsce i zostala przeze mnie skopiowana z rodzinnego archiwum, dla celu umieszczenia jej w haśle Wikipedii, tj. w celu upublicznienia. Nie wnoszę zastrzeżeń odnośnie jej publicznego wykorzystywania
