English: Native American woman from Peru. The highest Ultraviolet UV levels in the world are in Peru, Chile and Argentina. You can see that her black hair changes color because the sun bleaches out the melanin in her hair, causing her hair to look lighter. the hair will stay that color until new hair comes in.
