Summary

• Though the uncropped photo shows no copyright markings, I am unable to examine the photo's back.
• A copyright search for renewals for the years 1963 and 1964 was done, in the event there may be an unseen mark.
• The search was for anything pertaining to the Green Diamond or Illinois Central Railroad, the owner of the train. No information regarding any renewals was found.
• Though I believe there was no copyright on the photo, I have chosen to license it as copyright not renewed.
