Summary

English: IBM lanserade den första Thinkpadmodellen 1992 och de kom att uppskattas för sin höga kvalitet och pålitlighet. IBM sålde persondatortillverkningen till kinesiska Lenovo 2005 som fortsatte använda namnet Thinkpad. Alla modeller i Thinkpadserien har sedan introduktionen haft TrackPoint (styrpinne på tangentbordet) och UltraBay (fack för utbytbara enheter). Thinkpadmodellerna har en genomgripande design, mest signifikant är att de helt svarta. Trackpointknappen och musknapparna är röda för att lätt kunna lokaliseras. Givaren var anställd på IBM och köpte den via företaget och använde den huvudsakligen för ordbehandling. |
