Source is scan of photo in possession of Blakeslee's granddaughter. Photo is of an historically important individual, and it is unlikely that a free substitute will every be available. Photo is reproduced only in low resolution, and only for the purposes of identifying the subject of the WP biography. Subject is deceased. It is likely, but cannot be verified, that copyright on this work has expired, since it would have been subject to a term of 28 years and mostly likely was not renewed.
