Summary

Description
English: Robert Morton Theatre Organ, Hawaii Theatre, Honolulu, Hawaii, on National Register of Historic Places This organ console and its pipes were actually in the 1922 Princess Theatre before it was demolished in 1969. The console has been renovated, enlarged, refinished and redecorated, and converted from a pneumatic-and-setterboard combination action to an electronic capture system. A very similar organ was previously in the Hawaii Theatre when it opened in 1921, but was relocated to the Waikiki Theatre in 1937 or 1939. That instrument was removed in 2004, before the Waikiki 3 was demolished in 2005, and has been reinstalled in the Palace Theatre, Hilo, where it was merged with the original Palace Theatre instrument from 1929.
