File:HMAS Perth (D38) underway 1991.jpg

Original file(2,665 × 1,948 pixels, file size: 1.39 MB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

Summary

Description

A port view of the Australian guided missile destroyer HMAS Perth (38) underway.

Note: A correction about when this photo was taken - it was not 27 November 1991. Midships the photo shows boat davit and boat. Port and starboard davits and boats were removed late 1990, early 1991 and replaced with RHIBs (slightly aft of where the davits were) and were launched using HIAB cranes. Suggest photo was more likely taken 1990.
