English: Chaplain Lt. Col. Tim Atkinson with the 18th Engineering Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, and sheik Hussein Akbar Bir Mutawali, caretaker for the Saqi cemetery and shrine, look at the condition of a grave site in the Saqi cemetery located inside the boundries of Forward Operating Base Warrior, Kirkuk, Iraq, Feb. 5. The visit is to determine the cost and feasibility of restoring this historical site where many of Kirkuk's oldest families have relatives buried.
