English: British Midland Airways Boeing 737-400, G-OBME, which suffered an engine fire and on Approach to East Midlands Airport, crashed onto the M1 motorway. Deutsch: Eine Boeing 737-400 der British Midland (bmi), mit dem Kennzeichen G-OBME, bei der während des Anfluges das noch in Betrieb stehende Triebwerk durch ein Feuer Leistung verlor. Das Flugzeug konnte es aus eigener Kraft nicht mehr bis zum Flughafen schaffen und stürzte auf ein Bord neben dem M1 Motorway. Dieses Luftbild zeigt Lage nach dem Absturz von Flug 92. Das Flugzeug hat die Landebahn des Flughafens nicht erreicht.
