This technology image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “Fuller use in bladesmithing.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.

Summary

Description
English: The use of fullers in bladesmithing. The fullers, a set of blacksmithing tools, are represented in light grey. The lower fuller has a square peg which fits into the hole in the anvil, while the upper fuller has a flat surface for hitting with a hammer. The fullers displace material, forcing it sideways and outward from the surface, and at the same time, they make the groove in the blade, also called a fuller.
