Photograph of Miomir Grujić, alias Fleka, a deceased Serbian counter-culturist and DJ for Radio B92. It is believed that this image—obtained from this Serbian website [1] qualifies as fair use in the article about the song "The Magnificent (song)", because:

• Fleka was a key figure in the events surrounding the recording and cultural impact of the song;
• The subject of the photograph is no longer living, and there is no free alternative available;
• Although details of the copyright status have not been obtained from the source website due to the linguistic obstacles, the image appears to be a promotional photograph.
