I have created this file by MetaPost then resized and converted to PNG by GIMP, following the ratios given in Turkish law. The source of the Metapost program can be found in "en:User:Ato/Turkish flag metapost source". It requires cropping after exporting the EPS. at0 06:27, 30 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Note: the white border at the hoist is legally perscribed to be part of the flag.
