List tvoří žerďový žlutý pruh, široký čtvrtinu délky listu a tři vodorovné pruhy, červený, bílý zubatý a modrý zvlněný, v poměru 2 : 1 : 1. Bílý pruh má tři obdélníkové zuby široké jednu osminu délky listu a vysoké jednu osminu šířky listu, dvě obdélníkové a dvě poloviční mezery. Zvlněný pruh má tři vrcholy a dvě prohlubně. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
