Čeština: Vlajka Roztok
List tvoří bílo-červeně čtvrcený žerďový pruh široký polovinu délky listu a dva vodorovné pruhy, bílý a červený. V horním bílém žerďovém poli černá plamenná orlice se zlatou zbrojí a zlatým dvoudílným, jetelovitě zakončeným perizoniem, v horním červeném poli stříbrný pětilistý květ se zlatým semeníkem.
Horní dvě pole v žerďové polovině listu opakují podobu znaku, ostatní jsou odvozeny od základní barevnosti štítu. Přemyslovská orlice ve znaku města symbolizuje přemyslovské hradiště Levý Hradec s prvním křesťanským kostelem v Čechách. Květ, původně popisovaný jako květ třešňový, symbolizuje někdejší roztocké třešňové aleje.
